BIMB : ALL TIME HIGH!!!!!

Everyone, current price for BIMB is RM2.95. If all of you really follow me to buy in, now should have 20% of profit!!!

Set your exit point at RM2.90 to protect your profit. Since we have earn around 10% from MAS and maybe 20% from BIMB.  We can rest for awhile to stay out from market 1st. Greece Election is in the corner!!!

Blog Migration

Thanks for everyone who support me. I have decided to migrate this blog to my personal website. It will be launch on next week. Currently I am busy to setting up my own website. Everyone please rest for awhile 1st. Happy trading!!!!

**Only sell BIMB if it drop below RM2.75

Set Exit Level. Profit Protection and Capital Protection

Most of people are still holding BIMB from RM2.45 until now. Current price RM2.73. Profit around 10%. When to let it go? Harvest Time?

We do not know where is the peak, we only know that the uptrend still there. For this moment, we have to set our bottom line. Protect our profit 1st. For me, I will set the exit level at RM2.67, around 8% profit. If the price drop until RM2.67, I will harvest it.

How about if the price goes up until 20%? Just set your exit level higher, maybe 16%. Then we just Hit and Run!!

In the other way, if we bought a stock at RM1.00. After we bought it, it start to drop. We also need to set the exit level, cut loss, to protect our capital. How many % should we cut loss? Ideal way is 8%-10%. Remember, we must protect our capital/bullet only we can continue for our trading/battle.

Please apply this rule for every stock that you are holding.

BIMB, HapSeng, JCY

BIMB:

My 1st pick for Finance sector. I think most of you have make at least 10% profit from this stock if you follow exactly my portfolio. Very nice chart. Uptrending, small correction, rebound, and now look like another wave for uptrend. I did not see any exit signal now, so do not sell it, if you want, can buy in also.

HapSeng:

Volume comes in, long up bar, golden cross. Just monitor it.

JCY:

This stock again, for IT sector, I really like this stock. Volume look good, MACD look good. Get ready for this.

Confusing!!!

Our market is really very interesting, have it own style, not behave like the other market. That's why it is making me confusing now!!!

1st half of this year 2012, KLCI is in uptrend and currently look like a sideways. If it can break the 1583 resistant, the "Force" will come again. But if it break 1545 support level, then the story end.

Investment is an activity that grow your "Money", expand your "Money's Family Member". Do not always keep your Money into a room, there have a huge Monster called "Inflation"!!!

So what should we do?

Let your Money go out and meet some new Friends, hang out with them. When they are getting closer, your Money will bring back his girlfriend to meet you because they plan to get married. Now is your turn to interview that girlfriend! What is her background, Education level, Personal Character, or even her body shape or appearance. If you go thru this analysis, you might get a daughter-in-law and your Money' Family Member are become bigger! Else, if the girlfriend is not suitable for your Money, do not allow them get married!!! You will lose your Money!!!

The most important thing is, Polygamy is allowed in the investment activity!!!

Major Correction

Most of the market is under major correction now. Many bear are running around. So scary~~~~

A correction is a short term price decline of 5% to 20% or so. A correction is either a downward movement or a side way movement. Just like human, after we climb up high, we need take some time to have a rest, either lying down or walk slowly.

Currently the market is waiting to know the result for an event, Greece Election. It will have a HUGE impact to the market, whether BULL or BEAR.

Friendly advice, better stay out from the market.

Sicked!!

Sorry for the late update. I was sicked and busy with my app's idea. It's a very nice weekend, I have finish the iPhone Apps workshop and really know how to get involved into the circle. Next workshop waiting for me is the Internet Marketing by Jaz Lai. I have heard many good comments about him, hope that he can bring me to his world.

MACD is going to cross, stochastic is very bad and dangerous. Since the market is no bearish now, I really hard to recommend any stock that qualified to enter to our watch list. Maybe can try this one, JCY. Every time market drop, most of the time the stock is against the trend. Any warriors wanna try it? For me, I rather stay out from this market.

If your investment capital is RM10,000. This month maybe lucky, exceed target, get 11% (around RM1,100) profit instead of 5% that we set initially.

Investment must have Patient. Wait "IT" (Entry or Exit Signal) come;

Investment must have Courage.When "IT" has come, do not wait anymore, DARE to action!!!

Investment must have Confident. Trust yourself, follow "IT".

Cash Flow is important! Typical Kiyosaki's principle. Play more the "CashFlow Board Game" to get practice in Money Management. This is the simulation of reality, practice it with the "play money" first, before use your "real money".

Do not use your own money. Use Debt to generate "Infinite Profit"!!!

Busy Week

What I've been done recently? Attending courses, investment or non-investment related, talks and seminar, 1 more congress is waiting for me tomorrow. Planning for my website and apps.So that, I might have not enough time to monitor the market. Please share with me if you found out some stocks are interesting.

This is a good example to show that Doji Star can be considered as a Trend-Reversal indicator.

Continue with our indices:

Look like a small rebound pattern. But bear bear is still in our market, hopefully it will not break the 1535 support level. Besides, there is another uncertainty in KL market, Election! No/Less people know what will happen during this period.That's why I feel so boring to our market now. Doubt is in our market.

Back to our portfolio, I plan to let go 1 of the counters. Not sure yet, depend on its performance by tomorrow.

 BIMB* : The chart look like rebounding now. If the volume continuous come in and the price is above 2.40 all the time, can consider to place your order.

 KURASIA* : Rebounding chart also. Buy in when the price break 0.580

OLDTOWN* : Buy in when break 1.50

Fishing Game

Our market not perform well, so what we can do is, be PATIENT!! Wait for the fish get hooked!!

I do not hold any counters in my portfolio (in KLSE) right now. So many uncertainty in our current market.

And I have to highlight that Watch-list is not Portfolio. Watch-list is a list of stocks that you are still watching their performance. Portfolio is those stocks that you already bought if their are performed well!!!

I have few friends asking me, "Why I follow your watch-list to buy stocks, but all of them drop?!!".

If I have bought some stock, I will put in my portfolio section and share it to you all. Don't worry. Now is not the good timing for KL market. Please wait.

Commodity

Just come back from Mr. Derick Tan's talk, impressive!! A part of his talk have mention about the commodities, Gold and Silver. It could be safer if your investment profile have some Gold/Silver other than other asset classes like Equity and Property.

Is it now the best time to buy Gold/Silver? Take a look of the chart:

Let go back to year 2006-2008, if you bought some gold with the price around $750, your friend might laugh at you because the gold price already 3 times if compare with year 2000-2002. Took about 4-6 years to make a 3 times profit. If you really bought it on 2008 and until now, around 4 year again, the gold have double the price again.

From the chart above, now may be a good time to get some gold and put it under your bed.

KLCI终于跟上大家的脚步了

Cash is King, Wait it Swing

昨天才说了要离场，今天的那条鱼终于往下游了。大家慢慢的放长线吧。AirAsia有promotion哦，快快买张机票去放个假吧，至少近期我们的指数没戏看了。把WatchList里的股票也删除吧。慢慢等，我们不赶时间。

刚刚有朋友对我说，我的理论有问题。当手上只有10K-50K时，交易时的心理压力会比较小，所以在100K之前的，买卖会比较容易，承受的压力也小。但是当手上有100K以上时，所承受的风险也变大了，所以普通投资者当投资额增加时，常会因心理压力而判断错误，造成亏损。

这句话说得没错，不过希望大家先别想太多，因为从10K到100K，至少也要3-5年时间，甚至更长。这阶段不妨先吸收投资经验，学习投资的技巧。当资金真的超过100K，才去考虑当时的心理质素，是否适合增加投资额。

我也不懂自己当投资额增大时，是否会因为压力而变得绑手绑脚，。但现在我能想到的解决方法是分散投资。之前10K-50K一支股，100K-500K可以分散买10支股，本地没有好的股票，还有海外的。海外也没有的话，还可以投资于房产。总之，投资有很多种，还未发生的事，先别想。如果发生了，至少有一点可以肯定的是，我们的投资经验多了，我的理论可以实现的。现在我不能百分之百确定说，这理论一定能，可能到最后反而从10K变成1K。

放长线，钓大鱼

钓鱼时，如果鱼儿上钩后一直往上游，钓客都会因此借力向上拉，把鱼钓上。相反，如果鱼儿不停往下游的话，你会与它斗力，还是随着它一直放线，等待时机？

 KLCI从去年九月1350点到现在的1580点，而之间还未看见任何的回调，这是因为我国真的经济渐长，还是正在酝酿着下一波的跌势？不妨比较下亚洲其它的指数：

看起来还是我们大马的“持久力”比较好。个人认为，KLCI已经逐渐进入熊市，加上大选的不定因素，大家应该懂得"Cash is King"的道理吧。现在不是持有股票的时候，学会冷眼旁观。不然，如果股市真的进入了熊市，你的现金也会跟着冬眠了。

昨晚我所说的几只股票，今天全都下跌，应该说今天KLCI差不多“满江红”了。没关系，记得放长你的“鱼线”，越长越好。。。
